Baking Pastries
Here's instructions for how to bake your pastries!
Directions:
Pull Pastries out of the freezer and place them on a parchment lined baking tray while oven is preheating.
Once thawed, brush or spray with egg wash. Sprinkle sugar or desired decoration on top of the pastries.
Bake for 15-20 minutes(Double for Turnovers and Pockets) at 400°F in a convection oven, or until golden brown. Rotate after 10 minutes.(For Turnovers and Pockets, reduce temperature to 350°F after rotating)
